Hard and Soft of It All

Today we had a nice hard workout…I think coach was hoping it was a little harder but we did a 4 x Mile 4:48, 4:43, 4:41, 4:29 then a little leg turnover with 3x200m at 29, 27, 27. Here is where the Soft of it all came into play.

This is probably one of the slowest cool downs I have ever done in my life 🙂
