Happy New Year Everyone! I hope you all had a great night that was fun and safe. Also I hope you all were capable of getting up and either racing or running…heck for some of you, who might have had too much fun last night, just getting up was probably an accomplishment.

We had a beautiful afternoon for a long run today. I also got to test out my new Mizuno Wave Creations which felt awsome!!

Our run started off with sunshine and low 40’s but we picked it up a bit towards the end as the wind picked up and the temp dropped sharply. By the time we finished it was 30’s and starting to snow…it was spring for about 3 hours today ;-/
