Nashville, TN 3k Steeple 2011
This was my fastest steeple since Olympic Trials 2008. I was a little upset with how little I fought at the end to maintain my lead but this race was a seasons best by 4.08 seconds and also gave me the USA “B” standard. As always I was sporting the Michigan Rehabilitation uniform.
